Individual & Family

In trying times, all of us need the support of the community. Whether it is economic stress, social connection or psychological support, Canadians need to pull together.

In good times, we relish the connections and savour the support networks we build.

Some of us have difficulty in these arenas. This year’s world, environmental, political and financial stressors weigh on many of us individually. While the resources for business are solid and far-reaching, there are gaps in support for individuals and families, from middle-class to poor, immigrant to First Nations, families to individuals.

This page will help uncover those resources we require.
